So I finally found the sample I was looking for.The sample for that song



This song is by Jay Rock FT Game,the song is California Soul.The beat is pretty dope but mostly because of the sample.

They used the voice 00:12 to 00:36 to make their chorus.But the full beat is pretty dope.
